Who can do this activity?

You can do this from 8 years onwards. A reasonable level of fitness is required for this activity

Sessions are either full morning or afternoons, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you explore the magical gorge

You Need to Know

This activity is fully supervised by our qualified instructors. All safety equipment is supplied. We provide the wetsuits but you may like to add your own bathing suit and thermals in cold weather (not cotton) - and don’t forget your towel. Most importantly, wear sturdy footwear you don’t mind getting wet, such as training shoes or boots
